We will have the entire resort to ourselves for our retreat. The accommodations are pure luxury and food is fantastic. The property is on a cliff above the ocean. I was just there as you may know in January to look at each detail and enjoy a meal. This is a luxury retreat. You will have options for excursions on your own during our time as well.

This is for you if you are:

Looking for a luxury yoga retreat with just a short break from everyday life as we spend 5 days and 4 nights together. This retreat is for anyone 16 and older, wanting to take in the wonders of the coast and ocean, while practicing invigorating yoga as well as soothing and unwinding spaces. If you are wanting gentle guidance, celebration of these bodies that we get to inhabit and open to a few more mindfulness practices we may not always fit into our lives at home. 

We will have nightly from Team Love Yoga, some of my dearest friends who moved to Sayulita years ago. 

If you are a foodie this is for you. The food at The Tekuamana Restaurant on site is inspired by Mexican tradition and elevated by sourcing of organic, local and wild ingredients. The kitchen cooks without seed-oils, opting instead for ghee, avocado oil and rendered fat as well as incorporating house made lacto-fermented foods, sourdough bread and kombucha. The result is the most healthful and distinctive culinary experience in the area. 

What you will take away from it: 

Memories of ample space for you, meditation practices and a sense of community when you return to the states. Memories of slowing down and taking it all in. Reminding you to continue to do the same. A writing practice whether a daily gratitude list or more. 

New friends and deeper connections with current friends who may attend. A deeper connection to self and compassion for who you are.

What’s included:

Daily if not twice daily yoga sessions (vinyasa/bhakti and yin or nidra)

Mindfulness workshops

Writing prompts and space to write.

ALL meals and beverage (other than alcohol).

There will be time to visit the local town, whale watch or enjoy water sports, working out, cold plunge, sauna or steam room.

The retreat does not include transportation or airport transfers. You will arrange for these directly with the airlines and the retreat center.
