With Love in Sayulita Retreat
We will have the entire resort to ourselves for our retreat at La Joya in Sayulita. The accommodations are pure luxury and food is fantastic. The retreat center rests on a cliff above the ocean. This is a luxury retreat for all.
The retreat will include daily if not twice daily yoga sessions (vinyasa/bhakti and yin or nidra), workshops, writing time and ALL meals and beverage (other than alcohol). There will be time to visit the local town, whale watch or treat yourself to the spa. You will have options for excursions on your own during our time as well.
